L'hôtel est accueillant (même si la communication en anglais est compliqué, les chambres bien insonorisées et traditionnelles avec des lits très confortables. Le onsen est propre avec tous les équipements. Un yakuta vous est proposé à votre arrivée pour rendre votre séjour entre plus confortable. Un petit restaurant à 2 pas de l'hôtel très bon marché et excellent est un plus. L'arrêt de bus à 50m (à coté de l'office de tourisme) vous emmene directement à la gare de Yonago.
