Our stay at Halekulani Okinawa was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff proved to be the most attentive and responsive team we’ve ever experienced. They anticipate your needs before you even realize them, creating a true luxury experience where you’re never left wanting for anything.
Every meal was outstanding—truly 10/10. The quality, presentation, and flavor made each dining experience memorable, and it was clear that incredible care goes into every detail.
The rooms were impeccable—spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. Turn-down service and in-room dining were standout highlights that elevated our stay even further.
We also absolutely loved the quiet infinity pool—it was so serene, we could have spent the entire day there without hesitation.
We had seen a few reviews mentioning concerns about the hotel handling its level of business, but we experienced none of that. Everything felt seamless, thoughtful, and perfectly executed.
This was a phenomenal stay, and the team’s hard work truly shows in how valued and cared for we felt as guests. We cannot recommend Halekulani enough and would return in a heartbeat.
