Enjoy an entire house to yourselves in Tsurumi, a convenient base for exploring Yokohama and Tokyo. Yokohama is approximately 15 minutes away, and Haneda Airport is approximately 20 minutes away, with direct transport connections toward Tokyo. Travel times vary depending on your route and transport.

With warm wood finishes and touches of greenery, the house has the relaxing atmosphere of a tucked-away café. Settle in and enjoy a stay that feels more like living locally than staying in a hotel.

The house is compact at approximately 43 square meters, with living, kitchen, and sleeping areas thoughtfully arranged. It accommodates up to 9 guests, although a group of 5–6 will be most comfortable.

The custom-built bunk bed, created from a former storage closet, is a particular favorite with children. The house is a welcoming choice for families and groups of friends.

The café-style kitchen counter is a lovely spot for morning coffee or an evening drink and conversation. High-speed Wi-Fi, a washer-dryer, a microwave, an electric kettle, a toaster oven, an induction cooktop, and cooking utensils are provided, making longer stays convenient.

Within walking distance, you will find reasonably priced local restaurants, including a popular dried-sardine broth ramen shop and neighborhood Chinese restaurants. RAKU SPA, a Japanese bathing and relaxation complex, is also within walking distance.


THE SPACE

This is a private, two-story house. You will have the entire home to yourselves, with no shared guest areas.

Maximum occupancy: 9 guests in total, including children.
Recommended group size for the most comfortable stay: 5–6 guests.

Warm wood finishes and greenery create a comfortable setting for both family trips and getaways with friends.

The ground floor includes the living and dining area, kitchen, and bathroom. The bedrooms are upstairs on the second floor.

- One single bed: 100 × 200 cm

Children’s Sleeping Space
- One compact bunk bed, with each bunk approximately 80 × 190 cm
- This custom-built sleeping space was created from a former storage closet and is popular with children.
- Adults may also use the bunks, but please note that they are narrower and shorter than standard single beds.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests have private access to the entire two-story house, including the ground-floor living and dining area, kitchen, bathroom, and upstairs bedrooms.

You may use all listed guest amenities, including the washer-dryer, Wi-Fi, TV, cooking utensils, and tableware.

Some storage areas are reserved for cleaning supplies and property management equipment. Please do not access these areas.

Please note that the house has stairs. Young children and guests with limited mobility should take care when moving between floors.

The upstairs bedrooms are compact and primarily designed for sleeping. There is limited space to open large suitcases, so we recommend unpacking and organizing luggage on the ground floor.


OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. It is outside the main tourist districts and is best suited to guests who enjoy a relaxed stay in a local area.

With convenient access to Haneda Airport, Yokohama, and Tokyo, it is a practical base for sightseeing or business trips.

A Belc supermarket is within walking distance for groceries and everyday essentials. Around the supermarket, you will also find:

- Daiso, a popular Japanese 100-yen shop
- Saizeriya, an affordable Italian-style restaurant
- An affordable hair salon
- Paseos, a casual clothing store

RAKU SPA, a Japanese bathing and relaxation complex, is also within walking distance and is a pleasant place to unwind during your stay.

The house is approximately a 10-minute taxi ride from either JR Tsurumi Station or JR Kawasaki Station, depending on traffic.
