部屋は比較的狭いが、バスタブ付きだったので、ゆっくりとお風呂に入る事が出来ました。 値段も安く、1人で泊まるには十分なお部屋でした。

The room is super small but amenities are just like five stars. Location is really convenient, station and convenience store are within 5 min, restaurants are within 3 minutes. Staffs were really helpful and friendly.

Does the job
The hotel and room was very clean. The rooms were a lot smaller than the pictures provided by Hotels.com. There is only maid service if paid for but they do provide you with enough towels and amenities for your full stay. It is definitely a nice place for low budget business travelers.

It was a nice, new and clean room. Very comfortable bed, with AC, TV and a good amount of storage space. Very pleased with my stay. Friendly staff were very accommodating for a late check in.

Good clean budget hotel
Stayed for six nights at Sakuragicho Flexstay. Small room but clean and comfortable. Not suitable to sepnd a big part of the day in the room, but perfect to sleep there if the day is busy and a good price.

Steps from the train station!
This is more like an apartment hotel in steps from the Sakuragicho JR and Blue Line station. Recently remodeled hotel with the same budget friendly price, but be careful of the limited check in times. Only complaint is that the semi double beds are quite small, but this is quite typical in Japan. This is not our first stay here and it will not be our last.

The place was clean and very close to Sakuragicho station. The only negative thing was the customer service. Customer service was little bit poor. They should have more welcome face and smile.

Not a bad place.
It's alright if you wanna be near Yokohama. Good price. Being your computer if you want the free internet. No Wi-Fi. If you're like a football player size, it'll be a bit tight maneuvering around in the room. Not for mother and son. But maybe a couple, but very nice for a solo mission.

Although very close to Sakuragicho station in a good area, the room was far too small for my liking. With 2 people and suitcases, there was no room to spare. Japanese hotels are always small but this was less than comfortable. Otherwise, functional but no wi-fi available

毎年同じラグジュアリートリプルのお部屋を利用させて頂いております。スタッフの皆さんの対応、清潔感、部屋からの景色などどれをとっても最高！なのですが、今年は1つだけがっかりな事がありました。洗面の水道がオシャレなデザインの物に変更された様な気がしました。それはいいのですが、娘が洗顔する時、おでこをぶつけてしまい切ってしまうという事がありました。私自身も顔をすすぎずらい様な印象でした。今後他のお客様が同じ様に怪我をされない様に工夫されてもいいのかなと思いました。
