The bunk area was very nice - and the shower was right there and easily accessible. The breakfast was simple but they had gluten free options. It's almost right in the middle of town so everything is very close. The staff was knowledgable about options on the island.

The room was clean and great.
A little negative point may be that they only have two small elevators, which are often full of people with large luggages and a long time to wait for.
I also wished that there were a safe in the room as well as stationary. The phone in the room didn’t work to reach the front desk.

Such a quaint and charming place! The hotel reflects traditional Japanese architecture and decor. Very delicious Japanese breakfast. Extremely satisfied!! Close to bunny island too! The hotel staff helped us get a taxi to get to the bunny island dock.

The staff here is really helpful. There aren't really any amenities but there is a front area, however I didn't use it. It's best quality was it was right across the street from the train station and we easy to find a ride into the peace Park area and made getting to Miyagima and Hiroshima station ...
