Amazing breakfast options as well. I was overly impressed with how generous and kind the hotel was, and the quality and care of the premises. It's proximity to the airport is also a great plus. However, the service was horrible. First, breakfast was suppose to be buffet style and start at 6am. We had a long day so were we wanted to leave as soon as possible after having breakfast. When we got downstairs we were told that due to low occupancy breakfast would be a la carte, which is fair enough. However, it took the chef over an hour to prepare one plate of fried rice and one plate of fried noodles. At any Warung in Indonesia this would take 5 mins to prepare, and we were the only guests up that early eating breakfast. We had also ordered fried bananas and those did not arrive at the table until it was already 730. We had booked a car and driver that day from 630 thinking that breakfast would be quick. When we got back to the hotel to check out our key cards wouldn't work. The hotel staff tried again and again to no avail to fix them. Needless to say we had wasted another 20 mins waiting for someone to come fix the problem.
