hotel need room improvements

Well located hotel but needs improvements. Lack of room amenities, broken shower, old room, unstable wifi connection. But the breakfast was good and the service was nice.

No comment all inside and outside the hotel tidy

The problem when arrival check-in the front dest counter said my booking without breakfast..I need to pay my self,but when I booking with she.hotel.com include the the breakfast?? I hope hotel.com can solve this problem thanks!

Good but no WiFi and AC

The room was good size and staff was nice. Just remember that they claim its "eco hotel" which means they try to save on everyrhing - on your expense. So there is no AC - its so weak that room was hot all the time, the fridge is warm inside and wifi has no signal at all.

A nice get away!

The room was nice and large. The bed was super comfortable. The staff were very friendly and eager to be of service, although their English skills varied from non-existent to passable. The breakfast variety was impressive, a large number of western and Indonesia dishes. The gym was well stocked for a hotel gym, they even had free weights. It could do with some painting and modernization. The hotel is on the Ring Road, so it is further from the tourist attractions but also quieter because of that.
