Perfect stay

We loved our stay in this welcoming cottage. It had all of the essentials we needed and was so charming we didn’t want to leave. The garden was beautiful and we loved the location. We would love to stay again!

Yèvre-la-Ville ist ein malerischer Ort mit lokalem Charme. Fand großartige Cafés nur wenige Schritte von der Immobilie entfernt, was bei den Mahlzeiten wirklich half. Die Kinder liebten den Spielraum und der Garten war perfekt zum Entspannen im Freien an sonnigen Tagen. Mit Pithiviers nicht weit entfernt war das Einkaufen unkompliziert. Viele Orte in der Nähe zu erkunden, einschließlich Paris, wenn man Lust auf eine Fahrt hat.

Deze plek voelde gewoon goed voor mijn solo-reis om Yèvre-la-Ville te verkennen. Twee weken hier doorgebracht en volop genoten van de gezellige setting. Het is dichtbij alles wat je nodig hebt - café, dining, allemaal op loopafstand. Bovendien waren dagtrips naar Parijs of Orléans zo eenvoudig met goede wegen die alles verbinden.

Magnifique appartement et son jardin

Il s’agit de 2 appartements/maisons indépendantes qui donnent sur un très joli jardin privé situé sur les remparts. Aucun vis à vis. La décoration des pièces est artistique et très soignée. C’est juste magnifique ! Quelle belle découverte !

Das Haus liegt wunderschön innerhalb der Mauern dieser malerischen mittelalterlichen Stadt mit Burg. Dem Haus sieht man manchmal sein Alter an (z. B. Einzelverglasung), aber es ist sehr komfortabel und alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden. Der Garten (der ein privater Garten ist, was aus der Beschreibung nicht so deutlich hervorgeht) ist absolut großartig und ein angenehmer Aufenthalt in. Der Besitzer war freundlich und wir haben unseren Urlaub hier wirklich genossen.

Das ältere Ehepaar, das das Haus vermietete, war sehr nett und zugänglich. Wir haben das gleiche Haus vor 12,5 Jahren gemietet. Es war auffällig, dass sich seitdem absolut NICHTS geändert hat. Gleiches Dekor, gleiche Messer, Gabeln und Löffel, gleiche Tassen, gleiche alte Töpfe und Pfannen, Teller, Tassen. Ja, sogar die Seifenschale im Badezimmer und die Gummibodenmatte in diesem Badezimmer waren gleich. Sogar die Bettbezüge in den Schlafzimmern waren gleich. Die Tische und Stühle, das Sofa, alles war gleich geblieben. Die Bettwäsche war ordentlich und sauber. Schade, dass in der ganzen Zeit nicht die gesamte Inneneinrichtung modernisiert wurde. Unserer Meinung nach eine wirklich verpasste Gelegenheit... Am Haus selbst wurden keine größeren oder kleineren Wartungsarbeiten durchgeführt. Auch in dieser Hinsicht eine verpasste Chance. Hier und da zeigte der Putz nun Risse und es gab feuchte Stellen im Putz. Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist jedoch fantastisch. Kurz gesagt: Eine umfassende und umfassende Renovierung und/oder Modernisierung des gesamten Hauses und der gesamten Einrichtung einschließlich der Küche würde dem Aufenthalt viel mehr Potenzial verleihen. Schade fanden wir auch, dass der Blick vom Garten auf einen Teil des Dorfes dieses Mal durch die Vegetation im Garten versperrt war. Die einzigartige und hohe Lage des Ferienhauses und des Gartens sind inzwischen leider weitgehend zerstört. Äußerst schade, wirklich schade... Auch die Gartengarnitur war noch dieselbe. Der ovale Tisch ist schön groß, aber die Gartenstühle erwiesen sich als sehr wackelig und mussten dringend ersetzt werden. Auch die Gartengarnitur befand sich an einer schwierigen Stelle und das Platzieren und Benutzen der Gartenstühle war mehr als schwierig. Schade war, dass der Tisch mit Gegenständen beschwert war, so dass wir ihn nicht bewegen und somit besser nutzen konnten. Die Waschmaschine im Keller machte einen ohrenbetäubenden Lärm und die ganze Sache ging buchstäblich zu Ende. Sogar die wenigen Kinderspielzeuge im Keller waren noch die gleichen wie vor 12,5 Jahren. In het mooie weidse akkerbouwland ligt een idyllisch klein plaatsje Yevre Le Chateau waar wij onze vakantie hebben doorgebracht in een oud verduurzaamd huisje met alles erop en eraan. Een prachtige tuin waarin je 'morgens in alle rust al heerlijk van de zon kunt genieten. Tevens is het ook een mooie uitvals basis naar steden als Orleans en Fontainebleau met hun prachtige kathedralen en kastelen. Een aanrader waard. vr.gr. Jan de Bruin

Heel fijn huis, alles aanwezig, met een hele mooie tuin, in een prachtig bloemenrijk mooi klein dorp (geen winkels / bakker). Zicht op kerktoren (klokken zijn s'nachts stil) en het indrukwekkende oude kasteel. Eigenaar is erg vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam indien nodig. Plek om te genieten van rust en omgeving, o.a Fontainebleau en Orleans, niet voor uitbundig vertier.

Uniek huis gelegen in een rustig en mooi dorpje met mooie groene tuin. Ideaal voor 2 stellen, naast het huis zit het “appartement” met bed en eigen badkamer. Alle comfort is aanwezig plus heerlijke ligstoelen om in de zon of in de schaduw te zijn. Hele dag zon op het terras. Auto mag bij uitladen naar de voordeur in het kleine straatje, daarna staat deze verderop geparkeerd. In de omgeving is kasteel Chamerolles leuk om te bezoeken, de kathedraal in Orleans, of kasteel Fonatainebleau. Supermarkt(en) en boulangerie op ca. 6 km, is ook op de fiets goed te doen.

Le paradis

Nous avons été reçu avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de disponibilité. Ce gite est un vrai hâvre de paix - se réveiller le matin et entendre les oiseaux devant notre fenêtre est un luxe que nous avons grandement apprécié. Rien ne manque dans ce gite ! merci

Wat een mooi echt Frans huisje op een mooie locatie! We werden vriendelijk ontvangen en kregen een rondleiding en tips om dingen te doen in de omgeving. We hadden mooi weer dus lekker in de tuin kunnen zijn. Ideaal voor onze twee kinderen van twee en drie, omdat deze omheind is. Mooi stadje ook om in te lopen. Verder een prima uitvalsbasis om uitstapjes te maken naar Orleans, fontaineblue, etampes en alle Loire plaatsjes! Al met al een prima huisje en locatie! Enige tip is nog een waterkoker ;)

Aankomst was goed, bellen wel onmogelijk door ligging, maar kwam goed. Schitterende omgeving, mooi huisje. In de buurt weinig te doen, drie kwartier tot anderhalf uur rijden liggen steden als orleans, blois, chartres en Fontainebleau. Parijs is net iets te ver naar onze mening.
