The hotel from most points of view is great. However the stuff should have more authority and freedom for generosity. I arrived at 7am ; asking for coffee from breakfast room created a problem while next day was promised box breakfast for an early trip , which was forgotten —> I missed their wonderful breakfast although I paid for it . Reception should be more flexible; public relations are more important than one breakfast.

Pros: - it's cheap; good for one night Cons: - this does not look like a 4* hotel, realistically this is 3*; a true 4* hotel is right next door and is called Tufenkyan - there is construction site right outside, which you can clearly hear in the hotel

The rooms need to be cleaned/serviced better on a daily basis. Mattress is not bad, but it can be updated. Staff at the counter are ALL unbelievably nice and courteous especially Nelly.

High quality staff, location, experience and more.
I found this to a charming hotel with an excellent location. The staff made me feel like home. They were attentive and remembered my name. I felt at home here. The breakfast room is bright and spacious with a simple and delicious selection of lite breakfast items. The rooms and hotel are clean and well kept. It’s a welcoming experience to stay at Europe Hotel. I will recommend it to all my friends visiting Yerevan.

Yes I would stay in Europe Hotel again
The staff were very helpful. We stayed during the Western New Year and Orthodox Christmas, two museums we visited in that period were closed, if would have helped if the front desk knew, as they ordered the taxis for us. We could not fault anything except, there were no English TV channels (after touring all day sometimes it is nice to relax in front of TV) and the policy of the Hotel is to give free bottles of water, coffee, tea, sugar and milk only on the first day of your stay. Breakfast is very varied and very good.

Great location and walking distance to restaurants and republic square. Breakfast was good. However, be on the alert and lock your suitcases. Things went missing!! The management dismissed my complaint!!

Me and my mother loved to stay at Europe Hotel! It was great experience! Very professional and friendly staff! I work in Dubai and I know what is high level of customer service! Room was very clean, breakfast was with good options and the most important everything was very fresh! Everyone were smiling and so helpful! Cristina (in the reception desk) gave us a lot of information, guided us from small details, did reservation for theatre, asked if we need umbrella as it might be hot outside. And this is just few examples I wanted to share! I will definitely go back to the same hotel and people! Waitress Narine was very attentive to details, while we had breakfast! The good part that it is very close to the centre. Specially the weather in the evening was great( we were there in 15th July to 18th July), we were walking around. It is really convenient place. We didn't take any taxi. Everything is near by! I highly recommend to experience such gorgeous service!

Everyone’s so friendly, this place was lovely!
We were in town for our friends wedding and we stayed here on the recommendation of the bride and groom. The staff was extremely helpful and very friendly and the breakfast was delicious! We would definitely stay again!
