Big rooms, decent breakfast however only 2 lifts serving the hotel and offices and one of them is very small. Overall was ok for a 1 night stay - i extended the checkout to 7pm but had to pay 2/3 the price of a full day stay which was not so appropriate.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was in walking distance and getting a taxi was super easy.

Great generously sized room, helpful reception staff and super speedy and good laundry team. Breakfast was nice. Steam room, sauna and pool were nice. Central location in Almaty. Hotel was a very dependable and helpful place to stay Note that entrance has some steps.

The staff was great, very calm and polite. The room was very clean and full of useful amenities. The kitchenette was complete with all the cooking essentials and the appliances were brand new. The room is perfect for an extended business trip. The daily cleaning was great, leaving the room spotless every time. There were minor scratches and breaks in the bathroom, but this did not affect the overall great impression. The breakfast was good, quite varied, but the puff pastry was a bit bland. Overall, a great value for money and a realli nice place to stay.
