Immaculately clean. Within 5 minutes walking distance of WB World and Yas Waterpark. Yas Mall and Ferrari World about a 10 minute walk but may be too hot to walk in summer. Staff were all very friendly and helpful but especially Million on reception.

WB Hilton was an amazing stay from start to finish. The brilliant, friendly entire team, from reception through to poolside breakfast and cleaning, were all super super amazing. Faultless, the staff, especially at reception are world class in their service and attention to detail! Arrived at 0800 after night flight and immediately given a large room with terrace to get some sleep before our room was ready. Dennis in particular is one of the most helpful person I have ever come across.

I was apprehensive about traveling with my 19 month daughter for the first time, but as soon as we reached the hotel my fears were diminished. The hotel, the staff, the private beach, pool area, gym, sauna steam room were all amazing. An excellent holiday in this outstanding hotel located in the best location in Abu Dhabi. There is a great choice of restaurants, and the best staff you will find anywhere. One of the many reasons we keep returning.

Great location, comfortable beds and excellent customer service. We had an apartment and particular recognition should be given to the Housekeeper, whose name was May, for ensuring that our stay was comfortable and in providing an exceptional level of customer care.

Decided to book for a weekend away from Dubai and couldn't have been happier with the experience from start to finish. Amazing location close to crystal clear sea waters, fantastic pool and spa. Hotel rooms were beautifully furnished and consideration give to every need. Friendliest hotel staff I've met in years - from reception to pool staff and the cleaners. Range of restaurants and food second to none.

Amazing place. Staff are excellent especially Winston at breakfast. All the staff from receptionists, valet guys, restaurant staff, the pool are all amazing. The rooms are clean and spacious, the atmosphere inside and outside the hotel was absolutely perfect for us. It will be nice though if more English speaking channels are made available. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are already planning to go back.

We had never been to Abu Dhabi before, although had been to Dubai a couple of times. We looked at a few hotels before deciding on the Sofitel, based on other reviews that we'd read. When we got there, we were not disappointed. We had requested a room on a high floor, and mentioned that it was our wedding anniversary. Great stay here - all the staff went above and beyond to be helpful. Rooms are excellent and breakfast is delicious!! The hotel even made an event of my birthday with a cake surprise in the bar and balloons in my room. Will be back here on my next trip to Abu Dhabi

The staff cannot do enough for you! Nothing is a problem. The room was immaculate every day. The restaurants were amazing and the Stratos Bar on the top floor was AMZAZING! Our daily cleaner was Suleiman for our room and he was soon polite it was unreal. As we're ALL the staff. One of the BEST hotels I have ever stayed in. I would Highly recommend it!
