"The check-in was very quick. The young lady at reception was welcoming and helpful. The room is very spacious and clean. There is a full oven, hob, washer and dryer. Very good amenities. We haven't used the shower as yet but it is large in size and is clean. A very nice property. We will return again."

"Excellent Hotel. Close to public transport and a lot of Melbourne's tourist attractions. Only problem I had was finding a staff member as the check in is now via computer. Also was forced to use my Credit card when purchasing drinks when I preferred to pay cash. "
