The room was extremely comfortable and spacious. Not to mention that it was well kept and super clean. The bed and sheets were very comfortable. They give you a golf car per room, so that’s convenient. We only tried buffet breakfast one day, they had many options, nothing fancy but they have options.

Check in was not good. I am a member of the hotel. Due to the fact that I booked through Expedia I was unable to use my membership that was paid for. The front desk was not helpful and just went back and forth with me advising I should have booked through the hotel. This has never been a thing. The room was not clean floor was dirty and sofa bed was left open. The highlight has always been the entertainment staff and bartenders. They never disappoint.

Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. When we arrived, the bed sheets and pillows were dirty. I contacted and visited the front desk, but no one addressed the issue or offered another room. Traveling with my two children made the situation even worse. Because the bedding was unclean, they were uncomfortable sleeping in the beds and ended up sharing a bed while wearing sweatshirts and sweatpants. The service throughout our stay was poor. We waited over an hour and a half for food at the pool bar after staff took our order and then forgot about it. The beach conditions were not suitable for swimming, the food quality was below expectations, and the overall service did not meet the standards expected of a Family Selection/VIP experience. I ultimately decided to check out early. This is not the 5-star luxury resort experience advertised, and it does not compare to other luxury resorts where I have stayed.
