I was a solo traveller, from the UK, and wanted to take a staycation due to international covid restrictions. I can tell you, I really enjoyed my stay at the Little Hide. Checkin was unmanned but it was very easy. You just take your booklet which is pinned ot the board with your name on. This gives you access to your pod key which is secured outside your pod. The pod was so cozy. It's only a 2star rated site, but that's part of the fun of camping IMO. The bathrooms were clean and the staff...

We have just had a great 2 night stay here. The family room was huge, very clean and comfortable (the photos dont do it justice). Breakfast was perfect and we also had evening meals each night which were big portions. We found it a very friendly environment and enjoyed relaxing in the bar and playing pool. Great base for Whitby, Flamingo Land and Filey. We would definitely return.

Lovely hotel! Beautiful interior and comfy beds. Unfortunately the bar and restaurant were shut so that was only disappointing part. Other then that was lovely

only stayed one night, friendly attentive staff, 15 minute walk to the centre for the shopping, restaurant and bar areas. We will certainly be booking again soon but next time for a 3 day break

We had a 4 night stay to celebrate my birthday. What a beautiful place the Burtonstone inn is. A moden pub with 8 letting rooms. All the rooms are 1st floor with ensuite. Some have extra beds for kids to share. All are well thought out with nice modern touches. Water , tea, coffee, etc. Hair drier , tv and free wifi. Are all provided. The owners and staff are very friendly and efficient. Nothing is too much trouble. 10/15 minutes walk to city center and its many interests, sites , shops...

A near perfect stay at Delta hotels. The food, staff and pool were perfect. The only minus was the room’s bathroom which desperately needs an upgrade. Otherwise a great hotel next to the racecourse with a beautiful walk down the river into York. Would definitely come back.

Lovely stay here.

Lovely place, supposedly where Dick Turpin was arrested in 17th century. Quaint. Lovely rooms,- like converted stables - own door to room from car park. Nicely shaped room, with dressing area and clever use of bathroom/toilet door (one door does both). Had evening drink in garden in evening sun. Food was good,with good choice of food and drink. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Just an all rounder property, would definitely stay again if visiting York

Got to The Stsr early afternoon , stresses as the journey hadn’t been great , and was met by Jemma , who was lovely and said getting into the room early , wouldn’t be a problem . Great place so clean & spacious. Love it thanks again AAA Rich
