"Clean, spacious and kind staffs. Just 2-3 min walk from the closest subway exit, 10 min walk from Sanlitun. The gate outside the hotel is locked, so you need to ask hotel staffs to let you in. "

"The best part of our experience was the excellent service. We always felt taken care of and the staff was kind and helpful at all times taking extra measures to ensure we were comfortable. Ella went out of her way to assist me—she walked with me to the food pickup spot, used her own phone, and helped retrieve a delivery ordered by my daughter, who was staying at Tsinghua University.
