Hotel having an American flag is expected to have a staff speaking English, not here. the carpet all over the hotel is holiday inn signature color but it is dirty and looks like no one has cleaned it since it was opened. Bed Hard as a rock, rooms smell so bad with smoke that you feel you are in a bar, and I had requested a non-smoking room. being a vegetarian I always stay under American flag hotel expecting to get continental breakfast. no cereal, only watermelon, and bread with toaster,no juices,and nothing labeled in English, everything else was local Chinese. staff wearing a holiday inn dress looked like it was not washed for weeks.
