"My second time staying here & have enjoyed both times! The rooms are surprisingly spacious for Shanghai – no cramped vibes at all. Staff were super friendly and made check-in/out a breeze. The rooftop terrace is a major win with good city views. While it's not right on the Bund, it's an easy 15-min walk to Nanjing Road and the action (plus you're in a more local area with great food options). Not far from Yu yuan garden too which is a bonus. Perfect for travelers who want a relaxed stay with easy access to Shanghai's hotspots."

"Stayed for a couple of nights at the end of a Chinese holiday. Our room was spacious, clean and had a view of the Pudong skyscrapers, including the Pearl. Breakfast was glorious, and the pool facilities fantastic. Staff were attentive and friendly throughout, and although it's a 15 minute stroll to the nearest metro, it's a very pleasant area. "

"The hotel is in a great location. A short walk down Nanjing Road to the Bund. Lots to see in the area and nothing is really far away by taxi/Didi. The food choices for breakfast and dinner were extensive. Great gym, steam room, and pool. The staff were really helpful. If you don’t speak Mandarin then just take your time explaining what you need. My room was compact but the view was amazing, and the bed was comfortable and spacious. "

"I love that the hotel was located in a prime location not far from the bund or yu garden. It sits on lines 10 and 14 so it makes it easy to access the rest of the city. I love that the staff was friendly very helpful. The hotel was very clean. The restaurant was nice. The views were pretty good as well. The layout of the room and bathroom was nice and very clean the decor throughout the hotel was beautiful and I love the small features such as the chandeliers. I will definitely stay at this hotel again."
