Hotel is clean and tidy, breakfast very good and the hotel is well located. We have stayed there many times. The only complaint is the was a staircase directly in front of our window so anybody using it was looking directly into our room.

While the location and facilities were good, the service fell short. The restaurant/bar was closed for a private event without notifying guests. I was promised a call from a manager after raising the issue but never received one, and my follow-up call also led nowhere. This was frustrating and not the level of service I expect from Hilton.

The property was beautiful and luxurious. The staff was friendly and helpful and all the enmities were pristine. It’s one of the best places I’ve ever stayed and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting.
