Room provided was equipped with a totally different bathroom, the “accessible bathroom” which was not listed or provided in the photos. The receptionist was not receptive at all to the booking being different to what we paid for and was very firm about “this is what it is.” Not very welcoming. The room was not fully clean and some of the light features did not work. Location of room listed was of a totally different area in the hotel grounds, misleading.

"There's no available carpark next to the accomdation and need to pay for overnight stay. It's not convenient as we need to drag bags and bags and walk from carpark to hotel to check in . Other than that, room are very clean and nice shower room."
