This beautifully built, brand new residence is a true standout with it's modern white coastal facade, impeccable styling, lush tropical gardens, electric gate and luxury holiday ambience. This bright and spacious family home is the ideal calm and quiet oasis for your next family holiday, located within a quiet, family friendly hidden gem of a location. The Space: This gorgeous property is spread over two fully self contained floors. Not often do you find such a large holiday home that is so tastefully decorated in Coastal Hampton hues and textures throughout. It's fully fenced with lush lawns and landscaping, perfect for the kiddies to play safely, with the added bonus of a trampoline and a quiet cul de sac to ride and scoot around. Cruise into town and to the beach at your leisure on our retro bikes which are provided for your convenience. Biirinba is set up over two fully self contained floors with two bedrooms on each floor making it ideal for extended families to share. The property boasts air conditioning, a king size bed, a quality entertainer's kitchen, spacious living areas, lock up garage for two vehicles and a fully gated garden oasis. The stunning luxury coastal bathrooms are simply divine. The ensuited, air conditioned king size master bedroom is located on the bottom floor where it opens out onto the lush landscaped gardens. There is a second bedroom on this floor which is also air conditioned and may be set up as two single beds or one king size bed. The primary open plan living, dining, kitchen, laundry and outdoor entertainment area is on this ground floor and enjoys air conditioning as well. The top floor has a kitchenette, two queen size bedrooms with ceiling fans and an air conditioned living and dining area which opens out to an outdoor dining area with BBQ. Guest Access: There is a lock box on the premises for your convenience. The Neighborhood: Biirinba is located near the Clarence River Walk which will take you to Yamba's Northern beaches and the Yamba CBD where there is a vast array of boutiques and restaurants for you to enjoy. This neighbourhood is truly a hidden of Yamba. So close to town and the marina yet so peaceful and quiet - watch the birds from your balcony while you sip on a vino, watching the kids play in the quiet garden or cul de sac below. Follow the local path into town for Yamba's many beaches, playgrounds, break wall, skate park or alternatively head in the opposite direction along to the Blue Dolphin and grab a day pass for the kids to have endless entertainment. You could even ride your bike to Yamba Shore Tavern from here also. Getting Around: Biirinba is centrally located near the Clarence River Walk which is a mere 2km walk or cycle to Yamba's Northern beaches and the Yamba CBD where there is a vast array of boutiques and restaurants for you to enjoy. Other Things to Note: This is not a party house. We respect our neighbours right to a peaceful neighbourhood. The home is intended for families to enjoy a peaceful holiday. We have Noiseaware noise monitors on site which measure decibels to alert us if there are extended periods of noise which might indicate a party. Strictly only two visitors at any one time and only the number of registered guests to stay overnight. We also have security cameras outside of the property (not inside). Interaction with Guests: You will have the entire home to yourself.
