This fully self contained holiday home offers a spacious balcony for your relaxation and enjoyment of the views across the ocean. The location puts you right in the heart of things, within strolling distance of Main Beach, home to the Yamba Surf Lifesavers Club and our famous sea pool. This family friendly beach is also loved by surfers. You also have the choice of many restaurants and cafes close by offering a variety of international cuisines and a 500m walk takes you into the heart of Yamba town with its boutiques and gift shops. Offering airy living spaces and three well appointed bedrooms including open plan kitchen, living and dining area which are all located on the 2nd floor and open out on to the wrap around balcony with views of the deep blue ocean. The main bedroom and en suite are also on this level. On the first/ground floor is the entry, 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, bathroom plus single lock up garage. The view was gorgeous in this quiet location and the sound of the waves soothing location quiet The beds were super comfy - however some blankets need updating As we were 2 small family groups the split levels gave us some extra privacy & space The neighbours were helpful and friendlyDue to the constant rain -wifi would’ve been an advantage during our stay We highly recommend this place Thanks to the Ray white team for friendly helpful communication and easy check in ##### therese N. The place is expensive and the overall presentation is a let down for sure. The location is good as is the view but that didn’t make up for overall feeling.
