"The hotel charged nearly tripple the price that was advertised on Orbitz. They added on a whole bunch of fees extra charges when we were checking in. It was really dishonest. Furthermore, their swimming pool is a safety hazard, with the railing being loose and the floors constantly slipper. Orbitz was not able to get us a refund."

Before arriving, I tried to arrange a car transfer but received little to no response and eventually gave up. The room did not match the description online and had a noticeable smoke smell, which made it uncomfortable. The bedding was also inadequate—we were given a duvet cover with no duvet inside, and it wasn’t large enough to cover two people as it appeared to be single-sized. Overall, the experience fell short due to disorganization, lack of communication, and room quality."

"Hotel is clean and tidy, breakfast very good and the hotel is well located. We have stayed there many times. The only complaint is the was a staircase directly in front of our window so anybody using it was looking directly into our room."
