"The facilities are alright. But big room to improve on the management. First of all, our kid was so excited about the Easter egg hunt but the eggs were taken by older children before the hunt. In a previous ingenia there was an Easter bunny who hid the eggs when the hunt was about to begin. Much better planning. Also, the tennis court didn't require booking.
