Chalet Léonie

Ideally located near the centre of Xonrupt-Longemer and 5 minutes from Gérardmer, the chalet "Léonie" will welcome you for your stays with family or friends (8 people maximum including children) in the Hautes Vosges and at the gateway to Alsace. Relaxation or sporting stay guaranteed!
This recent chalet benefiting from a beautiful southern exposure is composed of a basement of 42 M² allowing you to park your vehicle, motorcycles or bicycles in complete safety and a laundry room with a space to store your skis. On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen on the living room with wood stove, flat screen TV and access to outdoor terraces, a toilet, a walk-in shower room and a bedroom with a 160x200 bed. The 1st floor offers a mezzanine with sleeping, 2 bedrooms (one of which has two 90x200 beds) and 1 bathroom with toilet. The "Léonie" chalet is very close to the lake of Xonrupt-Longemer as well as many starting points for hiking or cycling. Ski enthusiasts can go to the ski area of La Bresse in 15 minutes and to that of Gérardmer in 10 minutes. Our comfortable but also warm and cosy interior will be combined with the many activities of this mountain region to allow you to have a pleasant stay. The mandatory cleaning package does not include the disposal of household waste, and the cleaning of raclette-pierre and/or fondue machines. We reserve the right to make a deduction from the deposit if this is not respected. Bed linen or towels provided. Metre reading at the entrance and exit. In case of excessive overconsumption (ELECTRIC VEHICLE ETC...), a contribution will be charged. Please note that the chalet is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
