The hotel was beautiful! The staff was very helpful, attentive, and friendly. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was incredible! So many different options and very tasty. Then they allowed us to keep our bags there during the day after checking out. They had a private side room with a shower that we could use so we were fresh for our next adventure. Highly recommend this place.

I had a very comfortable stay at GM Premium Hotel Hanoi. The room was quiet and clean, and the staff were friendly. Super breakfast I especially appreciated Leo’s thoughtful care. I would gladly stay here again on my next visit to Hanoi.
