Front desk staff was great! Housekeeping staff was great also! But the kitchen staff was unfriendly and unresponsive. I felt as if I was being ignored. The food presentation was great, but the staff was not.

This was by far the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. Thomas and Rose took great care of me and my group. They checked in with us daily and were so helpful and quick with anything we needed. The breakfast buffet was top notch, you cannot miss it! The bartenders are fantastic as well, and the spa was a great experience. The room was just what I needed, very comfy bed and very sleek and roomy bathrooms. I highly recommend this property for the overall great experience and incredible location, walkable to so much.

This is a fantastic choice to stay in a lovely Boutique Hotel in the Center of the Old City. Your day will start with an unbelievable breakfast overlooking St. Josef Kathedrale and the Center of Hanoi. The staff is incredible kind and helpful. There is a full Spa directly in the Hotel. On weekends Huan Kiem is a wonderful pedestrian only the area around the lake. A Central Park of Hanoi truly. Highly recommend this wonderful centrally located Hotel for your stay. You will not regret

A fantastic hotel ! It came highly recommended by several friends and everything was outstanding. From the check-in experience with Mr Long, the cheerful and helpful bellman Mr Minh, Ms Tram at breakfast, Mr Marc and Mr baby Leo at the Ignite rooftop bar, the fantastic ladies at the Spa and Housekeeping and of course Ms Linh and Ms Jess at guest relations who ensured we where happy throughout our stay. The daily breakfast buffet was next level. It would have to be the freshest and best variety at any hotel we have stayed at. Just think of the finest patisserie quality pastry's and exceptional coffee and you won't be disappointed. The room featured high quality exceptional bedding, linen, pillows, towels and toiletries and was serviced immaculately and promptly by the lovely ladies from housekeeping. The location is fantastic.A 10 min walk to lake Hoan Kiem and walking distance to a lot of temples, museums and historic relics. The only improvement we can suggest is to keep the rooftop pool open past 9pm particularly on hot nights. It would be nice after a night of walking in the wickedly humid weather to come back for a cool swim. Thank you to the whole team for a mem stay. We hope to see you again soon. Luke and Kayte.
