What an incredible find! This resort is a hidden gem that combines luxury with a natural touch. The infinity pool with a breathtaking view is absolutely mesmerizing. The kids had so much fun at the playground, and the eco-friendly atmosphere made the entire experience feel so refreshing. The friendly staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. A truly unforgettable stay!

Very clean and tidy room. Housekeeping is very efficient. Excellent breakfast and a nice rooftop bar and a plunge pool overlooking the city. By far the best thing about the hotel is the wonderful staff who are always very friendly, attentive and helpful. The location is very central for exploring the main attractions such as the Independence Palace and the War Remnants Museum which are easily accessible on foot.

Silverland Hotel Ben Thanh is, without question, one of the best and most modern hotels in Saigon. We choose to stay here every time we visit because it consistently delivers outstanding service, excellent amenities, a prime location, and exceptional value. The level of customer service is remarkable. Every staff member is warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. During our most recent stay, we hosted my sister’s wedding welcome party on the rooftop, and the hotel team went above and beyond to make the event special. They worked closely with us to accommodate our food requests and assisted with decorating the space, creating an intimate and romantic setting with beautiful views of the city. Their attention to detail and willingness to exceed expectations made the evening truly memorable. The guest rooms and bathrooms are stylish, modern, and impeccably clean. The design is both elegant and functional, offering everything needed for a comfortable stay. Large windows provide excellent views of Saigon and the Ben Thanh area, adding to the overall experience. The location is unmatched. The hotel is located directly next to Ben Thanh Market, making it easy to shop, dine, and explore throughout the day, then return to your room to drop off purchases before heading back out. Major malls, restaurants, and popular District 1 attractions are all within walking distance, which makes getting around extremely convenient.

The staff stand out at this hotel - so helpful and welcoming. Our room was spotless and very spacious. Great location too. Breakfasts and afternoon tea were really good - changed daily and lots of choice. My only criticism was the WiFi - it was painfully slow. To be fair the hotel tried to improve it and offered us a change of room
