I rely enjoy that property . Specially the stuff are the best people and they help me with everything . High maintenance and good service.

The staffs are helpful, breakfast was great. We loved the complimentary foot massage and drinks. However, our room was next to the lift and a bit noisy throughout the night.

This is literally the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Not just in Vietnam but in the US as well. I highly recommend to splurge a little because it’s affordable in Vietnam to stay here. The service is phenomenal, the Breakfast made to order as well as buffet, and in the center of everything to walk to. Check out the Cat Cafe on the corner. Thank you to Katie and Asher for a final farewell. Can’t say enough good things about Vietnam as well as this fabulous hotel. Oh and get a balcony room. Always elevates the experience.

If I could give a 4.75 rating I would. Ants in our bed on our first night and our shower being situated on our balcony were the only negatives to a wonderful hotel stay. The hotel and our room were beautifully and tastefully decorated. Staff were attentive. Hotel is well situated for local attractions. Rooftop pool and bar is a big plus. Breakfast buffet had an extensive range of choices. Almost a perfect score.
