They have an English speaking clerk, who is great. Like another individual posted, my reservation couldn't be found. But, I showed the information and was put in a room no problem. Housekeeping was friendly and did a fine job. Bed was not hard as the floor! Room was spacious. Only issue was fellow guests - and their volume at all hours. But, this is a matter of chance, not the hotel. Good location. Much to do and access to other activities. If I were to return to the city, I'd certainly consider staying this place again. P.S. If you're gong to be there before Spring Festival 2021, the main street is blocked off. There was always people (don't know they are hotel guests or not) smoking and speaking loudly, even at late night.
