However, despite that we had asked for a non smoking floor, there was a smell of smoke in the corridors two days in a row. Also, the room service is extremely slow. When we complained, the staff were indeed accommodating and tried to make our stay more pleasant by offering us wine and cake. In general, when it comes to service, the attention to detail isn’t there so if you’re looking for a five star hotel experience, you might be disappointed. The location isn’t central but it’s only a 15 minute taxi ride to the centre and taxis are very affordable.
