Our Tibet area permit had been mailed to the hotel, but was not readily found by staff. Carson continued to make calls and contacted our Tibet guide company in the middle of the night and stayed on it until our permit was found. We left early in the morning before the kitchen opened for our complimentary breakfast, but Carson found some things for us to eat. I look forward to staying here again.
