They did their job, but not with any smiles or pleasant attitudes. Also, internet does have issues, but follow instructions another wrote. A positive, they did accommodate my wishes/requests. However, with an issue on day 2 and later at check-out, clerks those times were fabulous, helpful, and cheerful. Mattress on the very firm side. Smoking is allowed. My room didn't smell, but the hallway did, and the smoke came in from there, even with a towel at the bottom of the door (as it came in the side). Housekeeping always had a cheerful smile. Wide variety of restaurants in the neighborhood. Metro station right outside the gate.
