Welcome to the Gîte des Trois Cœurs, a place designed for families and friends looking to meet in a simple, warm and charming atmosphere. Located in Xambes, a peaceful village in the Charente, our cottage offers you a real cocoon where disconnection, conviviality and sweetness of life blend naturally.

🏡 A comfortable cottage for 6 to 8 people.
The cottage is organised on two levels, and offers you all the space you need to fully enjoy your stay:
Ground floor:
• An equipped kitchen, ideal for cooking and sharing gourmet moments.
• A playroom for children and large: billiards, table football and darts.
• A bedroom-living room with a pull-out bed (160), opening onto a small garden by the quiet roadside.
• A small courtyard with table and chairs to enjoy the outdoors.
Upstairs:
• A large convivial living room with a BZ, perfect to complete the capacity.
• Two bedrooms:
– A bedroom with double bed 140
– A bedroom with twin beds that can be converted into a double bed 180
• A bathroom with bathtub
• A separate toilet
All in an old, family and authentic style that gives the house its character and soul.

• 150 € per night for 4 people, breakfast included
• + 15 € per additional person (night + breakfast)
A deposit cheque (not cashed) worth 600€ will be requested due to the billiards. It will be given back to you when you leave
