"Booked the villa for 2 weeks and enjoyed the company of family and friends at various times. The 5 bedrooms and bathrooms gave us space to do this. Pool, hot tub and outdoor areas used well and really enjoyed. Must have a car for this villa and be prepared to drive in narrow country lanes. However it's distance from Pollensa ensures peace and quiet. It's rural location enabled fun walks for children in the evenings seeing the animals around the area. As foodies the kitchen facilities proved less satisfactory and more suited to a smaller group than our 10 people. Very helpful host and easily contactable. The air conditioning unit in one of the bedrooms was not working and could not be repaired before we were leaving but Cati assured us that it was being repaired the day after we had gone."

"The property was pretty much exactly as described and in great condition on arrival with a charming rustic feel. The kitchen and living areas were comfortable and well equipped. The garden and pool were immaculate and very popular with the kids. The size and proportion of all the rooms overall were fantastic and we felt it great value for the money. Only reason we didn’t give a 5 all the way was that some of the floors in kitchen and living area were a bit grubby/sticky otherwise a fantastic finca for a holiday!"

"Enjoyable 10 days at Can Soler with the family. A spacious and well equipped villa in a quiet location, but with the shops and restaurants in Pollenca & Alcudia and nice beaches all within easy reach by car. Lovely pool and covered patio/BBQ area, with the added bonus of an upstairs terrace which provides a welcome breeze during the heat of the day. A couple of minor issues (leaking aircon unit and dishwasher) were promptly resolved. Great holiday. "

"We really enjoyed our time at the villa and we would have given 4 stars except the sun beds were in a terrible condition,also it would have been great if you had some large plastic containers to keep the food in once opened to keep the Ants out, I know you can’t do anything about Ants but it would have made a big difference to us.we loved the pool it was so nice and lovely and warm "

"Lovely villa but needs updating. Downstairs bathroom very dark and dingy with exposed wires which the shower sprayed on and caused the power to go off, lucky not to be electricuted as I was standing in water. Whole villa has old wiring and old switches. Pool area needs tidying up,lots of cracks and weeds growing,pool lights don't work Also lots of pigeon droppings everywhere. Outdoor furniture needs replacing,it's just cheap chairs and flimsy tables. Great location, great holiday, villa just needs a bit of money spending on it."

"Our stay at the villa exceeded our expectations in every way. The property was exactly as described, but the photos truly do not capture the beauty of the grounds. The highlight of our stay was the stunning landscape, featuring a perfectly sized pool set amidst well-manicured grounds with lush palm trees. The surrounding beauty created a serene and picturesque setting. The pool area was fantastic, offering plenty of space to relax and enjoy. We appreciated that it was regularly cleaned, ensuring a pleasant experience. In addition to the pool, there were great amenities like a table tennis setup and a trampoline, providing fun activities for everyone. The spacious grounds also allowed for leisurely walks, making it easy to get our steps in and enjoy the fresh air. The villa itself was spotlessly clean and maintained throughout our stay. It was clear that great care is taken to keep the property in pristine condition. We did notice that the pool maintenance and cleaning are handled by the owners, who might arrive without prior notice. We recommend asking in advance which days they will be coming, just to plan your activities accordingly. Overall, this villa was a perfect retreat, offering both comfort and beautiful surroundings. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway.Patricia was fabulous and was always available if needed."
