"My room's bathroom shower nob was not working, i called them and immediately they came to check and realised the issue is not fixable immediately so they changes our room, and offered hands in moving out belongings, and gave $30 cuppons for RSL Club food."

"Encore by Mingara is absolutley 10/10. The nicest hotel room we've stayed in, gorgeous bathoom, just visually beautiful (king suite) and for an amazing price as well. Staff were perfect and friendly. Sad that we were only staying for one night because it's the perfect place for a long stay!! Only disappointment was the lack of vegan food options which is a shame because it's 2025 and there's no reason to not cater to people who don't want to eat animals or their by-products."
