At The Inn At Reading, is always my first choice.If you can get a room? The beds feel llike, you sleeping on feathers its so comfortable. The hotel hallways are super clean, and the room are freezing cold because the ac system is great and the pool area matches the inside of the hotel. Keep up the great work , and start advertising to guests that smoke and a smoke room.

Room was big and cozy. Noise level was obnoxiously ridiculous. First night was dogs barking between rooms, next night around midnight was screaming and yelling in the stairwell right next to my room and lasted a good hour or so. Overall the place was nice staff was nice but won't stay here again.

The property was conveniently located and appeared to have been renovated. However, renovations were done cheaply/poorly. Some occupants seemed to be there long term and made me nervous (shady, crackheads?). Checking yelp reviews didn't help matters. Made me look closer and realized door didn't have deadbolt and didn't seem very secure. We slept with the lights on and left by 6am. The walls were paper-thin so it was rather noisy too.

The check in clerk was professional and helpful unfortunately the hallway to the room recked of stale cigarettes and cat urine. The room, although freshly painted, new mattress and clean wood vinyl floors didnt deflect from the fact that the ceiling tiles were old. The tv, although it seemed to be a fairly recent model had no signal coming into it.

Upon arrival just looked around and the feeling was very sketchy. Things hanging from windows, doors propped open with trash cans. Checked in and thought let’s at least look at the room before making a final decision. In the room the bathroom and counter area was very clean. Inspected the bed and it looked doable for the hours we planned to stay. The furniture in the room is absolutely disgusting and all stained up.I don’t know how anyone would consider setting belongings on it let alone their bodies. Same for the chair. Tv on top of something that looked like it once had a purpose but was a wood frame box now. Tv worked at least. No washcloths in the bathroom. We just came for a concert and a place to lay our head so we made it work. Def needs updated. I bet this whole place was nice at one time but whoever owns it now doesn’t seem like they really care much about it.

Good Basic Fare

The hotel is a bit old and showing it, but offered good comfort and service for the price. A good deal if you are looking for cheap, basic place to sleep. Restaurant was closed, but not an issue for us.
