"We had a fabulous Mother’s Day weekend at Wyndham Grand Clearwater Beach. It also happened to be Country Weekend, which made the experience even more fun and memorable. The entertainment was a huge plus and created such an amazing atmosphere throughout the weekend. The lobby bar staff and pool staff were absolutely amazing. Everyone was so attentive, friendly, and welcoming, especially on Mother’s Day. They truly went above and beyond to make all the moms feel special and taken care of. From the beautiful property to the great energy and outstanding customer service, the entire experience exceeded our expectations. Thank you to the whole team for making our Mother’s Day celebration so enjoyable and unforgettable. We will definitely be back!"

"Pay for parking, pay for internet, pay for breakfast. Room was dirty, no one made the beds the entire stay or changed out the towels, pool was nasty, covered area was falling apart, almost face planted on the steps because they were broken. No towels for pool, no water in lobby, always empty. The lobby was the only thing that was nice (minus the water) as an honors member and former employee, I am shocked at the last couple of days I’ve had at Hilton’s at how bad they have been. Kind of embarrassed."

"Bugs everywhere all over the lobby floor, and they just sat there and did nothing and I mean dead and alive bugs all over. Had bugs crawling under our door and flying all outside of it. Couch was dirty you can tell it wasn’t really cleaned I think because we wanted to check I. Early which is still no excuse. "

"We had a “Gulf view” but it actually overlooked the parking lot and then you could see the gulf. The beach wasn’t a private beach which I now know to look for before booking. Chairs were $50 a day so it was either pay $50 or sit on a towel. The menus at the restaurants were essentially all the same. Aside from that the kids had a great time in the pools and hot tubs and especially loved free ice cream every day"

"elevators not working, pool closed for renovations,noicy hallways ,only one electric charger for cars and always not available."
