Kitchen: Large kitchen fully equipped with all amenities, dishwasher, washing machine (free of charge), stove/oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment. The kitchen features a dining table for 4 people.
    Bathroom: Shower room on the 1st floor. On the 1st floor is BEDROOM 1: Double bed (1.60 x 2 m), wardrobe, chest of drawers. BEDROOM 2 on the open (no door) top floor: 2 single beds (0.80 x 2 m).
    Basement amenities:
    The basement features a sauna with a relaxation area and terrace, as well as a large, modern bathroom.
    The second terrace is located diagonally behind the house and features a beautiful, spacious seating area.

Super zentral, sehr nahe am Strand gelegene FEWO, sehr ruhig. Großzügige Wohnung,auch bei Belegung mit 4 Personen, alles ausreichend da. Küchenausstattung top, Sauna top, großer Kellerraum mit 2.Dusche. Alles funktioniert einwandfrei, sehr sauber und gepflegt! Es sind täglich viele Treppen zu gehen!! für ältere oder für bewegungseingeschränkte Personen nicht geeignet!, auch Toiletten nur über Treppe im 1.Stock oder Keller erreichbar!

Es ist keine Luxuswohnung (sonst wäre es wohl auch deutlich teurer) - aber wir haben uns dort wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt... Wohnung in sehr gutem Gesamtzustand und bietet alles, was der Mensch von heute vermeintlich so benötigt.... kurzer Weg zum Strand (2 bis 3 Minuten zu Fuß)... Wohnung/Haus liegt zudem in schöner Ecke..... Team Frädrich sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und schnell zur Stelle, sollte es ein Problem geben....
