"I recently stayed at the Beachcomber Hotel and Resort in Toukley, and it was an experience I won’t forget anytime soon. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, thanks in large part to the wonderful staff—especially the staff at the front desk. Their friendliness, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm made check-in smooth and set the tone for the rest of my stay. The food was another highlight. Breakfast each morning was fresh, generous, and a perfect way to start the day. Lunches and dinners were equally impressive, with a great variety of delicious options that made it hard to choose what to try next. The rooms were absolutely beautiful—spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. Waking up to a stunning view each day was the cherry on top, making it easy to relax and unwind. The pool area was another standout feature. It was clean, well-maintained, and the perfect place to relax, whether you wanted a refreshing swim or just to lounge by the water and soak up the atmosphere. Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations. Between the incredible staff, fantastic food, stunning pool, and gorgeous rooms with a view, I’d happily return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. "

"I found check in hard. I called the day before to discuss check in late at night and I was told to just ring back on the night when I was there. If they had checked the booking and advised that I would need to do email verifications etc as I had not paid, I would have paid right away when talking on the phone the day before. It just was a stressful event that I was travelling for and which I did warn them in notes but otherwise it was perfect and no complaints."

"Rooms were amazing and while booking 1 bedroom loft that I didn’t know how it was in real life I’ve always stayed in a one bedroom apartment and when I went to the one bedroom loft and needed help changing rooms to a one bedroom apartment tasa was amazing help changing! Big shoot out to tasa she was great help and my kids love her she’s always happy and smiling :) "

"Block out blinds didn't completely fit windows, so light streamed in at each end. Toothpaste on sink, no shower gel or shampoo in containers. Terrible smell coming from bathroom, the sink was blocked. Did not report at the time due to having to be at the hospital until very late, but reported at check out, was told that a note will be left for housekeeping. We would not stay again"

"I stayed in an apartment for a week. I found it adequate for a longish stay. It had a very comfortable bed, sufficient storage space and was clean and quiet. However it was a little prison like with only one window giving on to the gigantic concrete sugar cube of a private residence next door which when complete and occupied will look straight into the motel rooms on that side. The manager was very helpful and the other staff were also helpful and friendly. The bathroom was clean and fresh but the taps in the shower turned on and off in odd directions. Overall I had a comfortable and pleasant stay but watching tv on the tiny hard lounge chairs exacerbated my sore back. Not a true apartment in my opinion more a large motel room with benefits. "
