We had a room on the 13th floor with a fantastic view over the city and the castle. The room was spacious and clean. Only minus: The walls are thin, but our neighbors went to bed as early as we did. Good breakfast. Very friendly staff.

Very good value and good location. Excellent, spacious room. Only criticism is that when I asked for clean towels as the room hadn’t been cleaned (I later found out that you have to request cleaning) the receptionist took the room number but the towels never arrived

Great location. We stayed over one of the hottest periods of the summer and unfortunately the AC was broken for 2 of our 3 nights). This was a big problem as the hotel is glass sided! There were no portable fans for the rooms. The staff were very good and we got moved to the cooler side of the building and were given the option of checking out with a fill refund (we had to find alternative hotel).

This is the first time I stayed at this hotel after it changed to Premier Inn under new management. It is absolutely wonderful! I stayed in one of the penthouse suites, and it has one of the most beautiful views of the city and the vineyards.

The room was very clean and simple, but not expensive. The hotel is quite close to the central station and a supermarket, which was very convenient. We stayed on the 15th floor. I was worried about the waiting time for the elevators, but the hotel has three elevators, so we were able to reach our room smoothly. However, the windows cannot be opened, and the room felt quite dry.

Stayed there 2 nights. They forgot to make the room?? Or do I have to call or place something at the door?? It was already 10pm so I just asked for fresh towels. Staff are super friendly. So I guess it is an isolated case.

Fantastic hotel for just staying the night. Super clean, great family room, very friend staff, late check-in (we arrived with two children at 02.00). Only bad thing was that our room was 27 degrees warm in the middle of winter, and therefore we slept quite bad :( It was a general problem in the hotel so the receptionist couldn’t fix it….

Loved: Beautiful view of the city. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely breakfast. Quiet, clean. Grocery stores nearby, immediate parking in the garage. Didn't like: difficult computer check in after long flight/disorienting. Nice staff member who was very helpful but helping multiple people at once. So, the check in took a long time.

A tall modern hotel near the train station - it is one stop more or less on a tram from the train station, and close enough to walk unless you have oppressive amounts of baggage. Nice breakfast, but not much in the way of dining around that I saw. There was a Lidl across the street where you can get inexpensive food to eat in your room. Downtown Wuerzburg is a few stops away on the tram to the Juliuspromenade stop. The 4 stop ticket for 1.50 euros will cover that.
