Kniepsand 7 Vacation Home with a cozy, sunny terrace.

When the first rays of sunlight stream through the window in the morning and the scent of fresh rolls fills the air, one thing is clear: your North Sea holiday with the kids has begun. This 68 m² family holiday home on the North Sea offers space for up to six people. On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious living-dining room with a cosy seating area, a wood-burning stove, and a large dining table, as well as an open, fully equipped kitchen. The naturally lit bathroom with heated floors is equipped with a shower, toilet, and washing machine—perfect for everyday family life and beach adventures.

Upstairs, you’ll find a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a single bed, and an extra bed, as well as a second bedroom with two twin beds. A cot, high chair, and stair gate are, of course, provided. The furnished patio is perfect for playing and relaxing, while the garden offers plenty of space to run around. The house is located near the beach (1 km); Watt’n Bad, the fishing boat harbour, and the Obereversand lighthouse are all within walking distance. Parking is available at the house, and there’s an electric charging station on the property.
