  • Arrive and relax, which goes hand in hand. Look forward to a tasty, fully equipped apartment on 2 floors, which are easily accessible by elevator.
    Recreation for the senses guarantees of breath beraubene lake from the balcony.

    In the comfortably furnished living room with dining area, there is a LCD TV, stereo and DVD player.
    The open kitchen includes stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.
    In the bathroom there is a shower and a heated towel rail. A hair dryer is ready for them.
    The adjoining bedroom offers sleeping comfort in a double bed overlooking the lake.
    In the second Floor, reached by a staircase, a beautiful large bedroom with two single beds standing.
    Our welcome little guests are in the free practical travel cot and a highchair enjoy every vacation minute.
    heart's content Enjoy the wellness facility in the neighboring house with swimming pool 28 °, sauna, jacuzzi, relaxation loungers.
    The indoor pool and the children's pool are available free of charge.

Erholsame Woche

Eine Woche mit vielen Spaziergängen und Fahrradtouren gehabt. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und ruhig. Es war alles Nötige vorhanden. Den Strandkorb kann man nur nutzen wenn man die 6.50 Euro Tagesgebühr für den Strand zahlt. Wir haben deshalb die Sonne auf dem Balkon genossen.

Schöne Wohnung

Schöne Wohnung, allerdings im vorderen Schlafzimmer keine Verdunkelung-Rollos daher ist es mit Sonnenaufgang darin sofort Taghell. Die Außentüren müssten dringend nachgestellt werden. Das Schwimmbad im Nachbargebäude ist sehr sauber und hat uns gut gefallen, wir waren jeden Tag drin und immer ganz alleine (Die 2 Euro für den Whirlpool kann man sich sparen).Im Anzeigentext steht an einer Stelle, es wären Fahrräder dabei, dem ist nicht so.Wissen sollte man noch das ein Strandbesuch ab Mai teuer werden kann: Zur Gästekarte/Kurtaxe von 3,40 Euro kommt dann noch ein Eintrittsgeld pro Tag von 6,50 Euro für einen bestimmten Strandabschnitt dazu.

Sehr gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit tollem Ausblick

Wir hatten ruhige Tage. Da wir sehr früh Ferien hatten, war wenig geöffnet. Der nächste Supermarkt ist dann doch weit entfernt. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und auch das Schwimmbad nebenan sehr gepflegt. Idealer Urlaub für Menschen, die gerne Spazieren gehen oder Rad fahren!

Erholsamer Urlaub in schöner Umgebung

Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Hervorzuheben ist der Blick vom Balkon und aus dem Wohnzimmer auf das Meer hinter dem Deich. Das nahe Ortszentrum ist nicht zu überlaufen und bietet ausreichend Gastronomie. Es gibt ausreichend Ausflugsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß oder per Fahrrad in die abwechslungsreiche Umgebung.

Alles in Ordnung, steile, schmale Treppe ins obere Geschoss! Im Herbst (zum Glück) etwas ruhiger, genau das, was wir gesucht haben. Nette unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe, sauber, nichts zu beanstanden.

Falsche Beschreibung der Wohnung

Man mag es kaum glauben, bin maßlos enttäuscht und entsetzt. Die Beschreibung der Wohnung, welche für uns als Buchungsgrundlage diente, war vollkommen falsch. Die beschrieb nicht die gebuchte Wohnung. Dies hatte letztlich fatale Auswirkungen, von der unter diesen Umständen entgangenen Urlaubserholung gar nicht zu reden. So etwas DARF nicht passieren.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. In die Beschreibung des Objektes sollten man aufnehmen, dass diese in der 3. Etage liegt. Weiterhin sollte man die steile Treppe zum Schlafzimmer in der 2. Etage erwähnen. Alles andere war top.

Wir hatten eine wirklich schöne Woche an der Nordsee. Das Schwimmbad war klasse für das Planschen zwischendurch für die Kinder. Den Strand konnten wir Dank dem dazugehörigen Strandkorb wunderbar genießen. Allen in allem war es perfekt!

Moderne Ferienwohnung in schöner Anlage

Wir sind mit zwei Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern sowie einem Hund gereist. Die Wohnung ist modern und mit allem nötigen ausgestattet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Sogar eine Wii gibt es und zahlreiche DVDs für verregnete Tage. Die Aussicht auf die Nordsee ist super, das Schlafzimmer im Dachgeschoss sehr gemütlich. Überhaupt ist die Wohnung ansprechend eingerichtet. Zur Wohnung gehören zwei Fahrräder sowie ein Strandkorb. Die Ferienanlage ist sehr ruhig und hundefreundlich. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche, viel Spass im Watt (vor allem der Hund) und im Freibad Watt'n Bad. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ferienwohnung in toller Lage

Die Wohnung liegt in einer schönen Ferienanlage. Die Größe ist ausreichend für eine Familie mit Zwei Kindern. Die Aussicht ist toll: man sieht den Deich, das Watt und das Meer. Wir haben beim Abendessen auf dem Balkon besonders den Blick auf die im Meer versinkende Sonne genossen. Leider ist der Ort zum Schiffspotting ungeeignet, da die Weser Fahrrinne deutlich zu weit entfernt ist. Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut, man läuft in 10 min zum Strand, dessen Betreten dank Gästekarte kostenlos ist. Sogar ein Strandkorb gehört zur Wohnung! Bis zu den Geschäften im Ort gibt es einen Fußweg, da konnten wir auch die Kinder morgens unbesorgt Brötchen holen lassen. Bemerkenswert ist auch das schöne Hallenbad, das zur Anlage gehört und dessen Benutzung für Gäste der Wohnung kostenlos ist. Wichtig: aufgrund der Corona Hygienebestimmungen ist die Zahl der Badegäste stark beschränkt. Man sollte sich am besten gleich Morgens, wenn die Reservierungslisten für den nächsten Tag ausliegen, eintragen.
