Each bunk has privacy curtains and a light inside. There was a nice living room space with a sofa. The wash basin is separate from the toilet and shower. The location is so convenient next to the traditional artisan village. I should also mention the breakfast was fantastic. Lots of variety. Evening dining options are limited and while we were there in December they closed at 18:00\. It is a place where you can experience traditional art and culture, with night tours and traditional performances. The design of the hotel is inspired by the architecture of the early Republic of China, which is like going back in time. There are many activities in the park and shops. Restaurants in the park were not good, but the breakfast managed by the hotel was excellent. The accommodation is inside the National Center for Traditional Arts, so very convenient if spending a whole day in the park. The location is very remote in Yilan but everything you need is there with food court option, shopping, entertainment, arts workshop, etc. Could have stayed another couple of days to take part in workshops. We had a family room with 2 bedrooms. Living room wasn't very comfortable due to design and choice of furniture. Duvet was a bit thick for hot weather even with air conditioning on. But overall a positive stay.
