Wifi in room kept dropping and was difficult to establish a connection. Staff service across the entire hotel was the worst! Front desk staff refuses to explain any of the activities available for guests when asked, shoved the program sheet at me told me to read myself instead. 從一開始網路訂房之後，大概打了兩個禮拜的電話都無人接聽，最後是寫email才聯絡上。導航會導到園區而不是飯店，位置不好找。雖然看似設施很多，但很多都會因故暫停（櫃檯也不會先知會，可能他們也不清楚）。也不會建議該怎麼玩比較好，只能自己摸索。取房卡的時候也不會告知wifi 密碼和如何從房間播到櫃檯。房間的淋浴和浴缸是合併的，一開始水壓很小而且溫度很極端只有超燙或是只能洗冷水，後來有下樓和櫃檯反應修復之後有好一點。騎士堡設施非常的小😂 只適合小小孩。大眾湯是裸湯然後進去看到是標榜精油藥浴（所以應該不是溫泉？）湯泉的溫度也很幽默，39度的湯硬是比42度的燙😅泡湯的時候櫃檯也沒有告知鞋櫃、置物櫃和更衣室都分別在不同的地方，旅客都各自摸索還互相幫忙（人都很好😂）日式莊園很美，動物很可愛，但整體的管理和服務可以再更加貼心專業一點才對的起這個價位。
