Spotty maid service ( dirty cups left in the room - had to chase desk staff for a second visit to clean up). Lobby is cavernous and largely empty. What little furniture exists was in sorry shape - dirty and worn. The room on balance was comfortable and the shower worked well. Staff were adequate but not particularly warm or welcoming.

The staff are just doing their jobs and without enthusiasm. Breakfast was just ok and service was not up to five star level. Location is fine, I would say this is not up to Westin I stayed elsewhere but I would still recommend.

The hotel has a convenient location, and most of the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and willing to help whenever needed. However, the room felt quite dated, and the lighting inside was rather dim. Since it was very humid during the summer, I was surprised that there was no dehumidifier in the room. Unfortunately, I noticed some mold spots on the pillowcase, which was disappointing and raised concerns about cleanliness.

My family and I stayed at this hotel and we loved it. The rooms were very nice and well appointed. Service was proactive and great. My only complaint is that the room was too warm, and there was no way to reduce the heating because it was set centrally. It was way too hot to sleep with the blanket. Otherwise, the stay was great.
