Eine Tramhaltestelle ist direkt vor dem Haus, ein preisgünstiges Parkhaus (8,00 €/24 Std.) 150 m entfernt. Die Zimmer sind geräumig genug, sauber, hell und mit den wichtigsten Dingen, auch einer Minibar und einer Sitzecke mit 2 gemütlichen Sesseln, ausgestattet. Das Personal an der Rezeption und im Reinigungsservice war freundlich und kompetent. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist in Ordnung. Über das Frühstück können keine Aussagen gemacht werden, weil wir es nicht nutzten. Das Residence ist vor allem wegen seiner guten Lage, dem angemessenen Preis und dem netten Personal empfehlenswert.
