The Space:

The apartment comfortably accommodates up to five people. The centerpiece of the interior is a bright living room with a pull-out sofa and a TV, which flows seamlessly into the fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Two separate bedrooms ensure plenty of privacy—the first features a large double bed, while the second has a single bed and a comfortable desk for working. A major highlight is the glass-enclosed balcony with lounge furniture, perfect for relaxing in the evening. The bathroom features a bathtub, and an additional perk of the entire building is the rooftop recreation area with an outdoor gym.
