very good
We stayed in Durban apartment which was in a fantastic location, just next to the square. Everything was to our liking. A little bit noisy on Friday night but I’m sure that is to be expected, we happily camped out on the sofa bed instead of the bedroom. All in all a very good stay and excellent staff.

The property is really spacious with amazing furniture and design. It's in the hearts of the town. Perfect for a weekend getaway or for a longer stay.

very old and dirty apartment
Online, the Leoapart has very nice photos, but in the real life, it isn't! I book the apartment with "city view" and balcony, what I get there was an apartment on the first floor. Soup or shampoo not existing, one roll toilet paper for 4 days. Furniture: very old IKEAs stuff, some of them were fee times repaired. In the kitchen, there was the coffee machine, but no coffee/tea or sugar. 24hours reception - no transfer to airport - no ( car service phone is not valid) I never see the so dirty apartment... if you are traveling with gf and you want to chill out, "leoapart" is not the right place! "leoapart" mostly looks like the place for the bachelor party, where u can screaming and listening the music all the night.

Unfortunately, our credit card service is available during office hours, or from 8 a.m. till 9 p.m. from Monday till Friday, and from 8 a.m. till 4:30 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday (including holidays). Amazing situation - about a minute's walk from the square and handy for all manner of sights and with all sorts of useful amenities (pubs, restaurants, places for breakfast) within spitting distance.

Great location
Great location but need to upgrade their maintenance. The restaurants on the ground floor make the apartments very noisy in the evening. I had trouble closing the skylite windows and the wooden block flooring in the bedroom wasn't attached to the floor. This Is the third time I've stayed there In 5 years and I noticed the difference in the standard of the apartments. The reception staff are helpful but miss out important details that can make the stay inconvenient e.g. Where to hand in the key before 8am on checkout.

Convenient - solid 3 stars, no more.
Good size apartment. Not luxury by any means, but suited us well. Examples: minimally stocked kitchen, many of the glassware was chipped or cracked, beds were not real high end, furniture was older and mismatched Good location close to many things in Wroclaw. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Stayed in leopart 5 floors up nice apartment very clean unlike last time.modern apartment with a big balcony.had washing machine and dryer.only thing had no microwave.wifi was ok.reception did not explain things well on arrival had to go back to ask more things.but over all a nice stay and worth the money. the apartments are in an excellent location.

Wroclaw for Xmas Market
Although booked a 2 bed apartment, the hotel allocated a 1 bed which made sleeping arrangements on 1st night difficult (little sleep for 1 of the party). Moved to correct accommodation for 2nd night of 3 night stay. Not ideal but to be fair to the hotel they did give a partial refund for their 1st night error. Would stay there again but check right accommodation with them before travelling.

We have used the leoaparts 4 times now as they are ideally located close to the Rynek . This time I was slightly disappointed at apartment 2 , although a great size with a excellent bathroom there was only 1 cup little cutlery, no tea towels and 1 small bedroom lamp . The main bedroom light needed a bulb which wasn't available from reception. All in all we will still use these apartments again.

Very good, it's a nice spot in the old town. Long way from the reception to the room and no help offered with the luggage. Rooms could better organized, bulky A/C unit constantly on the waay and blowing hot air back into the room.

We booked for normal double room with private bathroom and we got an apartment for family with 2 rooms,kitchen,enormous balcony,leaving room and bathroom with jacuzzi and shower. Why?because leoapart takes care of their customers. We loved it.luana and piotr

Huge, cheap and comfy.
The apartment was surprisingly big, had all mod cons and decent decor. The floors were filthy, we had black feet after 10 minutes but the rest of the apartment was clean. The street is noisy with the bustle of street cafés and even on the top floor, the sound travelled through the windows. We had our 5 yr old with us and the noise at night was an issue, but this apartment would be ideal for couples or friends without kids. It's in a fab location, so close to the main square and you get a real feel for Wroclaw life.

Great location less than 5mins to main square. Plenty of places to eat and drink on your doorstep. Although just above great food and ice cream places and pubs there is no noise in the apartment. Ideal apartment for our family of 2 adults and 3 children. Might lack plates and cups if you were to eat in. Great to have washing machine.

Great location near the Market Square in Wroclaw! Had a nice, clean room with a small terrace for one night. Nothing to complain about.

brilliant for proximity to square ,good rooms ,quiet ,cheap ,only a couple of issues - electrics blew when plugged kettle in , no storage in bedroom for clothes ,shower a little small ,but had stayed with leo apart before ,and room was brill ,will definitely use them again

VERY CLEAN BIG AND VERY NICE APPARTMENT ! FULLY EQUIPET WITH KITCHEN AND WASHER BIG ROOMS INETERNET WORKS GREAT IN THE CENTER , EVERYTHING IS IN WALKING DISTANCE OF THE CENTER OF THE OLD TOWN WITCH IS AMAZING. NICE PIZZA AND ICE CREAM ACROSS FROM THE HOTEL. PARKING COST EXTRA IN THE GARAGE FOR 30 ZLOTES ( ABOUT $7.5 DOLLAR) A DAY - TAKE NOTICE !BUT YOU HAVE AN ELEVATOR TO THE APPARTMENT FLOOR AND THE CAR SATY SAFE A LITTLE HARD TO GET IF COMING WITH A CAR AND A GPS NAVIGATION BECASUE MOST ROADS ARE ONE WAY STREET AND THE GPS WE HAD WAS NOT UPDATE WITH THAT INFORMATION

Great apartments in the heart of Wroclaw! 2mins walk to the main market square and all bars, pubs and restaurants. Apartments clean and very comfortable. Staff nice and friendly. Nothing negative about the place really. Will definitely stay again. Thanks!

Apartment was clean but not comfortable could do with being done up , had take lid off to flush toilet . Sofa slipped every time you sat on as bed sofa , a lot of cracked tiles . Did ask for another apartment but was told none available The upside was good location .

Incredible value for money, very clean, apart from Jacuzzi (yes there was one!) which was a bit grubby. Superb facilities. There was a noisy group in the night I stayed but that's not their fault. Highly recommended.

An Elegant Apartment (Durban)70 m from the Rynek.
We loved our one week stay in the Durban apartment . Only 70 m from Wroclaw's main square, there is everything one would need including air conditioning, balcony, flat screen TV (with lots of English channels), fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and toaster. The Durban apartment even has a washer and dryer! Two bicycles fit nicely into the 65 m2 apartment and a lift to fit them both! It was all good!

Sehr positiv an der Unterkunft war die Lage. Das Appartement war sehr zentral und auch sehr groß. Unsere Zimmer gingen in Richtung Innenhof und wir hatten somit ruhige Zimmer, trotz zentraler Lage. Das hat uns gefallen. Leider war das schon alles, was es an posivivem zu sagen gibt. Was die Sauberkeit angeht, war es eine einzigste Katastrophe. Flecken auf dem Sofa und den Sesseln, schmutzige Bettlaken, muffige Handtücher, ein schmutziges Bad, fleckige Lampen im Schlafzimmer usw. Hätten wir die Küche benutzen wollen, hätten wir erst alles sauber machen müssen. Die Gläser haben im Schrank gelebt, schmutziges Besteck und schmutzige Töpfe. Die Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle einfach nur eklig... Der Mann an der Rezeption war sehr unfreundlich und gefühlt genervt von jeder Frage die man gestellt hat. Einen Parkplatz muss man vorher reservieren, da das Hotel nur 2 Parkplätze zur Verfügung hat. Auf der Straße gab es leider keine freien Parkplätze, somit mussten wir im Parkhaus parken für 69 Złoty den Tag. Der Nachtportier war sehr freundlich.

Es war eine sehr gute Küchenausstattung. Die Spülmaschine war sehr Verkalkt. Es war sehr kalt und im Bad zu viel Schimmel. EineDeckenlamoe hatte Löcher oder es fehlten Leuchtmittel.Nur 2 Große Handtücher war zu wenig. DerBkon war schön.
