Great hotel great location.

First time in Wrocław and chose this hotel for its location to the Market Square . The reception staff were very friendly and gave us a warm welcome. The room was spacious and very clean. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Check-in was easy and staff were friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable, with plenty of space. The hotel is right on the edge of the old town, although there is a busy road outside. There was no noise in the room though and overall it was very good value.

Small but decent budget room in a great location. Warm and comfortable. It took 10 minutes to wait for someone to come to the front desk to check us in but that was a minor. There's a number that you can call that's on the reception desk which we found out later but that wasn't very clear at the time!

I liked the breakfast, the room, the 24/7 reception, nothing to dislile really. Only theres no thermostat for the room so if it was warn but i juat kept thin layers until i left the room. Nice area near some food places and public transportation. The staff was nice to me the entire time even as a minority.

Leider hatten wir trotz Reservierung keinen Parkplatz erhalten obwohl jeden Tag zwei Stellplätze im Innenhof frei waren. Die Frühstücks Bedienung war sehr nett und professionell, diese junge Frau sollte befördert werden sie arbeitet perfekt. Das Fernseh auf dem Zimmer ist sehr klein. Ich schaue kein TV, mir ist ss egal. Frühstück sehr umfangreich, sauber lecker aufbereitet. Danke für die Gastfreundschaft
