"The location was good. Although the hotel later apologized, the bed sheets weren’t clean-hair in between the sheets and stains on the actual mattress (that weren’t even covered by the sheets). Unfortunately a towel also had blood stains on it... I was disappointed when first arriving because security officer was the first interaction before the actual hotel staff and there was a huge time-consuming, communication barrier. "I was flying into Wroclaw from overseas and the apartment staff were in touch with me prior to my arrival to set up a meeting time. We we met when scheduled, given a tour of the apartment and were left feling like we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I am very grateful for Marcin and Cezary, for their helpfulness and diligence in ensuring our stay was as comfortable as possible."
