Parking at the house. Shop 500 m, grocery 200 m, supermarket, restaurant, bar 500 m, bus stop 30 m, railway station 4 km, indoor swimming pool 3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 23 km, tennis 3 km, riding stable 1 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.
    3-room apartment 72 m2, on the ground floor. Fully renovated in 2025, practical and comfortable furnishings: entrance hall. Exit to the garden, to the terrace. Open living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove and hi-fi system. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm). 1 room with 2 beds and satellite TV. Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 1 induction hot plates, microwave, grill, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Porch. Facilities: washing machine, iron, mosquito net, hair dryer.
